Welcome to Loyaltiya. By downloading, accessing, or using the Loyaltiya mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loyaltiya.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

3. Loyalty Points & Offers

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Points, rewards, and offers are subject to change, expiration, or cancellation at any time.
Loyaltiya reserves the right to revoke points or suspend accounts in case of misuse or fraud.

4. Third-Party Merchants

Loyaltiya may display offers from third-party merchants. We are not responsible for the products, services, or fulfillment of offers provided by these merchants.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the App are the property of Loyaltiya or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Loyaltiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
